Two Positions Available: Account Executive and Account Coordinator

Himmelrich PR has two immediate positions open: Account Executive and Account Coordinator. Both positions offer a great opportunity to produce creative work for a variety of local and national clients, including events and shows, nonprofits, attractions, and large corporations. We offer a fun place to work every day with smart and nice people, a pretty cool office in Hampden, and lots of sharing of ideas.

Account Executive
We are looking for someone who can provide leadership, handle media relations, create promotional partnerships and coordinate client sponsorships for projects in Baltimore and around the country. The AE will serve as the principal contact for many clients and will lead staff teams working on these projects.  The successful candidate should:
– have a minimum of four years of public relations and media experience
– have proven success identifying, pursuing and placing prominent media coverage
– be a strong writer for all types of media
– have experience developing and coordinating promotional activity
– be a self-starter with experience managing projects
– be well-organized, well-spoken and well-read

Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator will support our work for some of our most visible clients by writing content (including blog posts, social media posts, press releases and newsletters), managing clients’ social media accounts, conducting media research, and managing databases and media monitoring systems.  The successful candidates should:
– have a minimum of two years of public relations and/or media experience
– be a strong writer for all types of media
– be exceptionally well-organized
