The Maryland Home and Garden Show concluded on Sunday after two weekends of beautifully landscaped gardens, home improvement contractors and DIY seminars inside the Maryland State Fairgrounds. With two snowstorms in two weeks, tens of thousands of visitors and dozens of print, online and television media were eager for a hint of spring.
Stories about one of the show’s most interesting features—a sustainable “Tiny House”—ran in the Frederick News-Post and the Capital Gazette. This morning’s Baltimore Sun included an article recapping the show’s success and posted its second online photo gallery with images of the lush landscapes. Last weekend, WBAL TV and WJZ TV gave viewers a sneak peak of the springy, warm vibe on some of the coldest days of the year.
With the temperature finally rising and the conclusion of another successful Maryland Home and Garden Show, we think spring is finally on its way!
